My Lenovo C940-14IIL is currently running Windows, and while the built-in keyboard and trackpad respond perfectly in BIOS, they go completely dead once the OS loads. I already wiped and re-installed Windows, tried a few registry edits and device toggles, yet nothing changed. All drivers are up to dated by lenovo app. the total troubleshooting clock must stay under 30 minutes from the moment you connect. Here’s how I’d like to work: • We open a live remote session (Quick Assist, AnyDesk, or similar). • You diagnose and apply your solution. • Keyboard and trackpad must be fully functional inside Windows before the 30-minute mark. Acceptance criteria (all must be met): 1. Built-in keyboard types normally in Windows login screen, Notepad, and Device Manager search. 2. Trackpad moves the pointer, taps, and performs a two-finger scroll. 3. No external dongles or USB HID devices required. 4. Fix survives a reboot I perform myself. If those four boxes are ticked within the half-hour window, I release payment immediately. If not, there’s no charge and we part ways amicably.
