A c258 on a wired connection that won't show up is nearly always one of three things: the PC and printer on different subnets, Windows auto-discovery picking the wrong port type, or the generic Microsoft driver having installed itself instead of Konica's. All three are fixable in one remote session. How I'd run it: print the config page from the c258's own panel to get its IP, ping it from your PC to prove the wire and subnet are good, then install Konica Minolta's current c258 driver against a manually created Standard TCP/IP port rather than letting Windows discover it, which is where these installs usually go sideways. Test page, then if you use the scanner side I'll set up scan-to-folder too, that's SMB settings on the printer plus a shared folder with the right credentials, worth doing while I'm in there. And if the underlying cause is DHCP handing the printer a different address every reboot, I'll pin a static IP or reservation so the problem doesn't come back next week. One session over AnyDesk or TeamViewer at a time that suits you, printing and scanning both verified before we finish, plus a few lines of notes with the printer's address and driver version for your records.
