Hi, Proofreading costs are based on word count because the number of words per page varies enormously. My rate is USD $0.01 per word, with a minimum of $25 per assignment. That rate is for reasonably good English where there is not much copy editing required. Copy editing takes a lot of time and costs more than basic proofreading. My bid is only a placeholder.
