Translating User Manual French and/or Spanish

Pool equipment company looking for two translators for French and Spanish (or someone who can do both) to convert a single user manual. The manual will be read by people who have purchases a pool pump and need to understand who to install and operate it, as well as any risks involved. I need the language to be very clear for the average consumer.
Upon hiring, I'll be sending the document to you with a target completion date of Wednesday, February 24.
Final deliverables:
A Word document of all the language of the manual translated from English into target language, including text on graphics.
