Translating File from French to English

I have an excel file that needs to be translated from French to English.

Obviously you will need to have Microsoft excel installed to read the file - I do not want any of the macros etc with the file altered at all only a translation.

It is a simple file with French terms for menu dishes I need the equivalent or an approximate term in English It does not need to be an exact description - I want it so people who are native English speakers can recognize the dish, rather than be confused by the French term - most of the file is written in English.

There is no need to adjust the excel file other than the labels used with in it and the tabs on each section

The majority of th terms are described below - If you can read and understand them and describe them in English that's about all you need do other than overwrite the French terms in the particular cell - an easy straightforward job.

the file has 9 tabs - but virtually all the terms are listed below that are use on each tab.

Conclusion: 1er Principe La Regle de base dit que les plats de la zone mediane soit egale au total des plats en Tranche basse et haute.

2 Principe Ce Principe calcule le rapport entre le prix le plus haut et le prix le plus bas d une gamme. Les Entrees ont une ouverture

large, par contre les plats et les desserts ont une ouverture courte.

3 Principe Les clients sont pret a calculer nos prix.

This is aboy the extent of the traslation required - I imagine it is under an hours work for a native French speaker
