This role is vital in helping our case managers effectively communicate with clients who speak Tigrinya, ensuring that language barriers do not impede access to important services. The translator will be required to facilitate conversations between our staff and clients over the phone. Strong verbal communication skills are essential, as the translator will need to convey information accurately and clearly in both languages. We operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST) in the USA, so we are looking for candidates who can accommodate calls during our business hours - 9 am to 5 pm. Flexibility with scheduling is appreciated.
