Title says it all. One family member is selling his apartment in Montreal and we would like to post some ads in the most popular foreign real estate ads site in China to attract Chinese buyers. Montreal is a hot spot right now for Chinese buyers.
I am looking for a Chinese translator who lives in China behind the firewall. Your job is to translate the ad and description with pictures I have in English to make it readable for Chinese. Also, you need to adjust the ad to a Chinese audience because there are cultural differences.
Finally, you need to post the ad on the most popular websites to reach Chinese foreign real estate investors. As I said Montreal is a hot spot right now for Chinese real estate investors so we have a good probability to attract some buyers.
