Responsibilities:
As a Freelance Stream Moderator, you will be instrumental in maintaining a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere during our live broadcasts across various platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and Twitch. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Platform Diversity: Moderating comments and interactions across multiple platforms, such as Facebook, YouTube, and Twitch, to ensure a cohesive and harmonious audience experience.
- Comment Moderation: Actively monitoring and moderating the chat for explicit, disruptive, or repetitive comments that may hinder the quality of the broadcast.
- Timely Responses: Reacting swiftly to inappropriate behavior by implementing timeouts for users in accordance with established moderation guidelines.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting freelance role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Fluency in Traditional Mandarin: Whether you're a native Mandarin speaker or someone with impeccable proficiency in traditional Mandarin, your ability to effectively communicate with the audience is paramount.
- Moderation Experience: Prior experience as a stream moderator is highly preferred. Familiarity with the dynamics of live streaming and audience engagement is a significant advantage.
