Bilingual Factory Sourcing Assistant

A three-day factory-sourcing trip is scheduled in and around Ho Chi Minh City for 21–23 July 2026, and I need on-the-ground help to make it run smoothly. Before the trip you will research and share contact details for three artificial-turf manufacturers and three kraft-paper manufacturers located anywhere near Ho Chi Minh, then confirm appointments with at least four of them. During the visits you will accompany me as translator and general assistant, handling real-time English↔Vietnamese conversations and any last-minute coordination on site. Direct experience in sourcing or logistics is not mandatory—if you have no formal background yet are keen to learn and quick to adapt, that works for me. Of course, any prior work that proves you can source similar products or coordinate site visits will put your proposal to the top of the pile.
