I'm after an ebook on cooking with various gluten free flours.
It is to include a general introduction to cooking with gluten free flours as well as profiles of individual gluten free flours, inducing but not limited to: rice flour, corn flour, soy flour, tapioca flour, almond flour, millet flour, arrowroot flour, buckwheat flour, potato flour, chestnut flour etc. -The more flours the better.
For each flour profile, I would like a description of the plant it is sourced from, properties and best culinary uses of the flour, and any other interesting and relevant information, such as historical uses, health benefits etc
The book needs to be in conversational English. It should not be technical, but needs to be grammatically correct.
I would like to have references to source material, ie where you got the information from (website, journal, individual's name, etc).
