I need a patient, knowledgeable trainer to guide a small team of absolute beginners (no more than five people) through the core workflows of the Zoho accounting suite—primarily Zoho Books, with touches on Zoho Inventory where stock figures into the picture. We must leave the sessions fully comfortable with: • Invoicing and billing set-up, recurring invoices, and online payment links • Day-to-day expense tracking, including receipt capture and category rules • Generating and interpreting Financial Reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow) • Linking stock and sales data so quantities, COGS, and sales figures stay in sync • Laying the groundwork for clean Audit-ready reports at year-end Please structure the training around live, interactive screenshares (preferably recorded so we can replay), short “homework” exercises between meetings, and concise cheat-sheet documentation in PDF or Google Docs. Acceptance of the project will be based on: 1. Clear agenda covering each bullet point above 2. Ability to answer ad-hoc beginner questions in plain language during the call 3.
