Zendesk, LiveChat, Twilio vb.) listesi • İlk haftalık eğitim ve devreye alma planı • Günlük vaka raporu ve haftalık KPI özet formatı Sorularınızı yanıtlama ve süreç planlamasını netleştirme konusunda hızlıyım; gerekli bilgileri hemen paylaşacağım.
