I am a Ayurvedic physician seeking an experienced Charm EHR implementation specialist to fully configure and customize Charm EHR for my Ayurvedic/Family medicine practice. This is not a basic setup. I require a fully built, documented, and scalable EHR system designed specifically for both in person and tele health encounters. The Charm Health system must minimize typing, support efficient clinical documentation, and be ready for audits, inspections, etc Experience with Charm EHR specifically is required. Deliverables (Non-Negotiable): - Complete Charm EHR configuration (practice settings, visit types, workflows). - Custom family practice clinical templates built inside Charm (not stock notes). - Medical intake forms and consent workflows mapped to charts. - After Visit Summary (AVS) templates that auto-populate from visits. - Billing and coding favorites configured for family medicine services. - Recorded live training + written user guides. - 14–30 days of post-launch support for refinements and questions. - All templates and configurations must be fully owned by me and reusable long-term. Ideal Skills & Experience: - Demonstrated experience implementing Charm EHR (not just general EHRs). - Experience building custom EHR templates and workflows. - Strong understanding of healthcare operations. - Ability to explain why workflows are built a certain way. - Comfortable creating documentation and training materials.
