Job Title: Part-Time Virtual Assistant — Job Applications Type: Freelance | Remote | Flexible hours Hours: 8 hours per week to start — growing fast to 40 hours per week Salary: $0.75 USD per application — approximately $150/month to start --- We are a UK-based career service growing fast. This role starts small but has a clear path to full-time. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator — this is for you. --- THE ROLE Simple remote data entry. You are given a list of approved jobs and you complete the online application forms using our AI tool. Click, generate, copy, paste. That is the core of it. On top of that you monitor a client inbox daily and notify clients the moment they land an interview. --- WHY THIS ROLE Fully remote — work your own schedule Starts at 8 hours per week — growing quickly to full time Paid trial day before committing Long term opportunity with pay reviews every 3 months --- WHAT YOU WILL DO Upload a provided job spreadsheet onto our platform Complete application forms using our AI tool Monitor client inbox daily — flag interview invites immediately Notify client when interview is confirmed — date, time, company Update interview planner and dashboard after every application Send a daily message to the founder — problems, blockers, interview invites --- NON-NEGOTIABLE A daily message to the founder is required every single day. No exceptions. No daily message means no continued work. --- PAY $0.75 USD per application completed 200 applications per month across 2 clients = $150/month Pay review every 3 months All shortlisted candidates are paid for their trial day --- HIRING PROCESS 5 candidates will be shortlisted. Each completes a paid one-day trial alongside our experienced VA who trains and assesses you in real time. The strongest performer gets the role. A second candidate may be kept as backup. --- HOW TO APPLY Answer all three questions in full. One-liners and AI responses will be ignored. 1. What experience do you have with data entry or form filling? 2. Have you ever worked in recruitment, HR, or employability? If yes, describe your role. 3. Describe a time you were given instructions you did not understand. What did you do and what exactly did you say? Give full context — the situation, what was unclear, how you raised it, and what happened.
