Monthly TikTok Reels Editor (4 Videos Per Month)

Each month I capture plenty of behind-the-scenes footage of our team at work and want the best moments turned into four punchy, scroll-stopping vertical reels ready for TikTok first, then repurposed for Instagram Reels. What I’ll supply • Raw 4K clips What I need back • 4 finished videos (15–45 sec each) in 9:16, fully captioned, colour-graded, sound-balanced and formatted for TikTok’s specs. • A thoughtful hook in the opening 2 seconds, dynamic cuts that keep retention high, on-screen text that supports silent viewing, and an export free of platform watermarks. • One round of revisions per reel. Creative direction Rather than locking you into a single style, I’d like your expertise to shape the look and pacing—something that feels current on TikTok but still fits our brand personality. Feel free to suggest transitions, effects or trending sounds that you think will resonate. Workflow We’ll use a shared Google Drive folder for assets. Turnaround per reel is 3 business days from receiving footage; the full set of four should be completed within the month.
