Software to be used: RISA-3D ( output to be generated: RISA-3D project files, load analysis, deflection images, dxf/dwg files or equivalent requested files, small report)
Part A: 3D CAD (structure generation before the analysis PVC pipe material)
1. Design a simple truss-like structure made with 18-24” PVC pipes.
2. The structure is 150’ squared x 40‘ tall.
Part B: some calculations and generation of load scenarios to be applied to structure.
Part C: Stress analysis of the structure to show:
1. if structure can withstand large forces (multiple push-pull forces / angles scenarios).
2. Written report needs to be made to show:
a. Load diagrams applied to structure.
b. Deflection images per load applied.
c. Conclusion /Recommendations for the structure.
-how can structure be better, what are the weakest points, what can be the max force/load to what point?
Milestones will be set along with payments.
