I need a likeness 3d sculpt from photos!

I need a 3d sculptor for making a very likeness sculpt for me, I need this for an advertising company. please send your price and your previous similar works.
I also add some examples of what I need to be done.
as I said this is just a price that comes to my mind, you can offer your price.
Sculpt basic information:
Sex: Woman
Age: 21-22
Hair: long (medium)
Textures: I don't know exactly, but most of the defaults Textures such as basic colour, normal map, metallic map, roughness map (as I said I don't know what need for these things)
this sculpt will import to a game engine like unity hdrp, unreal engine. (I will ask this from the advertising company if needed)
I can't give more information because that advertising company policy doesn't let me do this.
