I have a piece of land that I want to develop as a very small boutique hotel comprised of 4 container-made bungalows (use the photos as conceptual reference) with individual infinity pools (made from half of a container) as well as a larger central building (for the reception, restaurant, and event center). The homes need to have interiors modeled according to the style in the photos provided, and be made to scale. Our company will be using these drawings to get the interiors built in China so they need to be properly done. The landscape architecture should be consistent with the photo provided and accommodate the growth of organic foods, coffee, and wine grapes. Finally, the property has a 25-meter lakefront shoreline which will need to be designed for a dock with a yacht slip. Please note that this is an eco-friendly low impact concept that should use solar power and waste-energy generators. So keep in mind the design objective. Thank you!
