I have a 3D model with multiple anatomical layers (groups) same like for example in this model:

The model doesn't have rigging so your job will be to rig it. The rigging must influence and look good for _all_ the anatomical groups.
The skeletal system MUST follow Kinect's skeletal system. This is very important. The rigged model will be animated directly from Kinect camera's data. The Kinect's joint system can be seen here (in the attachment).
