We have 3 animated fbx models but they are not compatible with webar (we are using [login to view URL]). [login to view URL]

The 3 models were done in MAYA using planes and referenced from PNGs which will be provided.

I've attached 1 example here. The other 2 are similar.
Please send sample animations of your work especially done for webar and estimated time to fix this.
Feedback from webar platform support: We've taken a look at your fbx file and it looks like the animation is setup correctly to give you the effect you want, yet you may want to add more z-index separation in general.
But the important point is that the textures are not setup correctly.
If we inspect it in blender it looks like the texture shader has the color output mapping to the alpha input, which is why it seems semi-transparent. Just connect the alpha output from the Image panel to the alpha input on the Principled BSDF panel for each of the textures (or similar in whichever 3D tool you're using).
Then also ensure that the material is set to Alpha Blend.
Also, it doesn't appear that the animation refers to the sequence of png's for the cell animations. So you'll also need to ensure they're referenced from within the fbx file.
