I am looking for someone with the relevant engineering, design and manufacturing-related experience to assist in finalising the design of a toilet self ventilating unit that can be retrofit on a variety of market-available toilet commodes.
A toilet self ventilating unit that is comprised of a plastic case and toilet seat/cover. The case will have some basic electromechanical components such as an air blower, PCB, valves, proximity sensor and relevant wiring and piping. The project will entail some research and calculations to ensure that design parameters are realistic, followed by 3D drawings and finally prototyping. Therefore, the ability to procure components and prototype are a plus.
We have already made proof-of-principle prototypes that passed all requirements, we are looking to make a more compact and better looking prototype/s to present to interested toilet manufacturing companies.
Attached is a flyer that describes the proof-of-principle prototype. The new prototype that we are looking to make will be an upgrade to said proof-of-principle prototype (which we want to further develop).
