Hi,
I checked out the style you expect for your short film, and it quite excited me. It's exciting to see an animator that's interested in quality. That's why your project kinda attracted me. I might be helpful. You can check my portfolio first to decide if that matches your expectations or not. More important than money, I'm more interested in my name to be in your credits as a concept artist or character designer (whichever way you think I can help best) in your film actually, so the money is open to negotiation. I'm only applying because I'd like to be part of the project. Not only I can provide character designs in the style you expect, as extra, I also want to try experimental on the style even though you may not use them (just like Tim Burton's none of his designs were used in Disney's The Black Cauldron). It's always best to hire more than 1 concept artist for more variety of styles and ideas which shapes the script and the whole projects - just like many Disney animated feature films, but I know budget is always limited for that. I'm an animator too and you can see my student film on my blog as well as other different stuff. If you are interested, I'd prefer to talk by email with further details rather than this site. thx for your time.
