Make me a textile prototype of a posture strap

I am looking for someone who can quote me for the manufacture of 1off prototype posture strap. I am in the very early stages of designing this for my client. I need an intermediate/expert in textile making to give me a good estimate of the price for this with the prospect of using you in the future. My client is in the UK so please consider postage/shipping cost if you are from outside of the UK.

As a bit of context, I would like you to quote based on the following design shown in the amazon listing below.

The strap must have a pocket in the back that will contain electrical hardware and 4x snap buttons within the pocket.

The large area of material on the back will also be enlarged to cover most of the upper back/shoulder area.
