I need a qualified professional to assist in auditing patient records and ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines. The primary goal of this project is to ensure all documentation supports hospice diagnoses and to train staff if necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough audits of patient records and documentation - Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and healthcare regulations - Provide training to staff as needed - Review patient documentation to identify areas needing improvement or additional detail. Ideal Skills: - Extensive knowledge of Medicare guidelines - Previous experience in healthcare quality assurance - Strong auditing skills - Excellent communication and training abilities The project's duration is expected to be a few months and then be available on demand.
