eCommerce Testing Automation Project Advisory service

We seek third-party assessment and advisory services to develop its testing automation capabilities by providing: ●    Comprehensive Assessment & Tool Selection: Conduct a thorough review of existing manual Quality Assurance (QA) processes, recommend suitable automation tools, and validate the approach with a proof of concept. ●    Test case creation: Working with internal stakeholders to implement automated tests that allow us to maximize efficiency and establish continuous checks on key features and flows ●    Unit test creation: implementing unit tests against our e-commerce platforms to ensure logic is covered to enable downstream developer-gated check-ins during code production. ●    Coded UI: Implementing selenium tests, or similar, to navigate consumer flows to assure transactional resiliency. ●    Reporting: Establish daily reports that describe code coverage percentage by product area, passed/failed tests, and defective code for developer review. ●    Automation Implementation & Integration: Develop and integrate automated test scripts into the development workflow, ensuring coverage across all critical testing types, with a focus on maintainability and scalability.
