Telesales - Closing Sales

I am looking for a freelancer, for predominantly inbound sales closing.
I am starting up a new project which will start small and grow for the right freelancer. Essentially the my business is a lead generation business, providing leads to other businesses. The client business will have already received some leads, and will likely call up following an email we send , then the pitch will be 'Hey you've already seen what we can do, which is provide high quality leads , would you like to continue with that, yes great the price is X per lead on a min of Y '
I say predominantly inbound, because we may want outbound to follow up on the email if they haven't called through.
Essentially in the beginning I'm looking to work with a sales specialist , who can not only close the sales , but who I can work with the shape the process, the is very scaleable but want to make sure we have the right approach before scaling.
