The purpose of the Telemarketer Representative position is to increase the existing customer base for the company. The primary focus of the Telemarketer Representative is to locate and qualify new prospects by generating interest in the company’s services and products. Responsible for prospecting and qualifying new sale opportunities.
Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations.
Work to set basic informational appointment, the goal of the first appointment is to simply educate the prospect on the value of our tools and services.
Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with prospects and work to give them the best possible service.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company. Online at your own pace training is available.
Properly update existing contact information in HubSpot and validate basic information is accurate.
Work through a daily list of sales activities in HubSpot
Work with marketing to develop email campaigns to your dedicated accounts
Communicate and report sales forecasts to the Outside Sales Team.

Part-Time Inside sales experience with setting up appointments.
