Follow up phone calls are necessary if good feedback from the clients.
Master the cold calling/email techniques.
Two years "in-home-sales" experience.
Experience in building materials sales is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
Having a good command of English writing and English speaking skills.
Be patient, passionate, creative, open minded, well-organized and independent.
Living in Korea or Japan is preferred.
Fluent Korean or Japanese.
