We need a person answering to information requests calls from our customers. The calls we be rare (max 5 per month) because most of our customers communicate mostly by email, and we handle those email requests directly. We are wishing to pay one personne based on call activity. (Your bid should include the price per call).
The call answer will be short, 3 or 4 minutes to explain the product and to redirect to email support. We will train the person on our product during one day.
The calls should be answered on regular business days hours based on the host country. It is typically a side revenue for someone already performing full time call center activity for another customer.
This is a year long term assigmenent, renewed every year.
