Ideal candidate possess strong communication skills, have a go-getter mentality, experience in telemarketing, sales experience a plus, great organizational skills, very prompt, goal and deadline driven and can perform multiple tasks at once.
This project require: warm and cold calling to various lead lists, updating and managing spreadsheet and/or databases, setting appointments, follow-up, daily and weekly reporting.
Salary is commission based with performance bonus potential and some incentives.
Experience/knowledge of the real estate industry a plus, not a must. Will train the right individual.
