RAN/RF Installation and Commissioning Support

I need experienced field engineers and riggers who can take full ownership of RAN/RF installation and commissioning work across multiple mobile sites. Your core responsibility will be bringing new radio nodes on-air—mounting antennas, running feeders, integrating the cabinets, and turning up carriers—until each site passes acceptance. Installation & Commissioning is the primary focus, so hands-on familiarity with typical OEM toolchains (Site Manager, NetAct, OSS, WebLMT, etc.) and test sets (Anritsu, Keysight, TEMS) will help you hit the ground running. Any vendor, safety, or tower-climbing certification is highly valued—preferable but not mandatory—as long as you can demonstrate real-world competence and follow our HSE guidelines. Beyond the physical build you will act as our on-site ASP, keeping tight control of material flow: reconciling BOMs on delivery, logging serials, returning excess, and submitting red-lined drawings plus quality photos for every task. Clear daily reports and as-built documentation are essential; I rely on them for milestone sign-off. Typical workflow: • Receive site pack and verify materials • Perform pre-install checks and EHS brief • Install, ground, label, and route all RF and power • Integrate and commission via remote/onsite laptop • Obtain call setup, VSWR, and KPI snapshots • Upload full close-out package for my review I sign each milestone once the close-out is complete and alarms are clean, so accuracy and punctual communication count as much as your technical skills.
