Tech Job Application Assistant

I need a reliable, organised assistant who can take full ownership of scouting and submitting software-development job applications for my team of programmers. Here is the daily flow I expect: • Search LinkedIn Jobs first, then branch to Indeed and Glassdoor for fresh postings. • Filter strictly by project type—remote above all, with contract and freelance roles also welcome when they fit the brief. • Tailor each CV, cover letter, and application response so they speak directly to the role’s tech stack and culture. • Submit the application, double-checking every instruction, attachment, and form field. • Log the details in our shared spreadsheet/CRM, noting status, deadlines, and any follow-up dates. • Send me a concise end-of-day summary of what was applied for, what is pending, and anything needing my input. Strong written English, an eye for detail, and a working vocabulary of software-development terminology are essential. Prior hands-on use of LinkedIn Jobs plus routine experience with both Indeed and Glassdoor will let you move quickly. Experience in tech recruitment or high-volume job applications will make you stand out. Deliverables that mark success: 1. At least ten high-quality remote opportunities sourced and assessed per week. 2. Fully customised application packages for each approved role. 3. A continuously updated tracker that allows me to see progress at a glance.
