CRM User Guide Documentation

We have an enterprise class CRM (Customer Relationship Management) web application ([login to view URL]) and are looking for a talented and an experienced Technical Writer, who can update our 'User Manual' document in phases. We have an existing but incomplete user document that describes our application's previous version. The document needs to be upgraded to suit our current version of the software. We will be providing the selected writer the following: 1. Our existing user manual which will act as a template. 2. An easy and intuitive 'Installer' that installs a complete free version of our software The application is made up of several modules. We would encourage bidders to set up a demo at [login to view URL] to take a look at our application. The final selected writer will be responsible for installing a 5-seat binary on their system which will assist them in the documentation process. We would like the writer to do the work in phases. Each phase would involve thoroughly understanding a module, understanding the features available under the module and their functionality. The writer would then proceed to document the module and its features, providing screenshots where necessary. The writer will need to be constantly providing feedback and status. The following requirements should be met by the writer selected: - Be able to install our application and understand the CRM system - Upgrade existing documentation - Identify missing documentation. - Prepare documentation for missing modules - Take Screenshots where appropriate We expect the writer to have the following skill set: - Professional Writing style - Very fluent in English - Prior technical writing experience - Prior CRM experience ## Deliverables Complete User Documentation with necessary snapshots in word (.doc) format.
