Vodien-to-Exchange Email Migration

I’m ready to move one [login to view URL] mailbox from our current Vodien hosting over to Microsoft Exchange Server. Only the emails themselves need to be transferred, but I want every folder kept exactly as it is so our staff notice zero change in their day-to-day work. Another important point: we’ve set up a handful of custom rules and filters in the Vodien Webmail interface. Those same rules should be recreated or exported so they behave the same way inside Exchange as soon as the cut-over happens. Please outline a simple plan that covers: • Full backup before you start • Seamless migration with minimal downtime • Verification that every folder, message and rule made the trip intact • Clean DNS/MX switch-over and post-migration testing I will supply all server credentials once we agree on the timeline.
