Bring 4 laptops to 'sell ready' state

I have 4 laptops that need to be formatted, have all their software reinstalled and be brought up to a condition where they can be sold (ebay). The laptops have some hardware issues and any thing you can do for the hardware, please quote. But essentially this project is for reinstallation of OS, and software. Though I may have some CDs that came with the laptops, the idea is to have such OS on them, that they perform well and are fast. The 4 laptops are:

1. Toshiba L150 - Screen not working

2. Dell 1050 - CD drive not working

3. Dell 1115 - Perfect working condition.

4. Sony Vaio - One of the buttons on the mouse pad not working.

As hardware is involved, you will need to be within driving distance (25 miles max) of CR0 post code in the UK. Lowest quote wins. I have 1 month to get this sorted.
