Seamless Outlook-to-Gmail Migration

I need every one of our 60–70 k Outlook messages, complete with their attachments, moved into Google Workspace while keeping the same email address active throughout the process. The single most important requirement is that the existing folder hierarchy is preserved and mirrored as Gmail labels; the staff must open their Gmail inbox on day one and find the exact structure they are used to seeing in Outlook. Once the mail is across, I also want two housekeeping tasks handled before we sign off: • Build out the key labels and filters we rely on so new mail is routed just as it was in Outlook rules. • Re-create our shared mailboxes so team members can access them immediately. Success for me is simple: every message—including attachments—appears under the correct label, nothing is dropped, and the account never goes dark during business hours.
