I run an institute that prepares students for the IIT-JEE and NEET entrance exams, and I now need subject-specialist tutors for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology to join us on-site. Your core mission is to guide our classroom batches through focused exam-preparation strategies—building speed, accuracy, and confidence with question patterns most likely to appear in the upcoming sessions. What the work looks like • Conduct regular offline classes at our premises, synchronised with our existing timetable. • Craft lesson plans, weekly problem sheets, and full-length mock tests that mirror the latest JEE and NEET blueprints. • Blend quick-recap theory with intensive problem-solving drills and time-management tips. • Track student performance, hold doubt-clearing hours, and adjust material based on diagnostic test results. Deliverables (per subject taught) 1. Semester-wise teaching plan with topic priorities. 2. Printed or shareable practice sets and solution keys. 3. Two graded mock examinations each month with performance analytics. 4. Brief progress report after every test cycle. Acceptance criteria • Material must align with current NTA/IIT pattern and difficulty. • At least 75 % of planned classes completed on schedule. • Average student score improvement visible after two mock cycles.
