I need a CPA to help with some tax startup/cleanup for a small Sole Handyman LLC. Owner is THE Handyman, no other employees, usually less than 8 transactions a week. Been in business for three years, tried to do taxes for first two years on own, kept having issues with system and not sure taxes were done properly. As there was an issue with things, taxes were not done last year, though records have been kept of payments, all checks are saved and timebook is kept. I need someone to set us up with a bookkeeping system, make sure all taxes are set up properly, and we have everything we need to roll out fully legal on our own, including payroll that won't "double tax" him on paying himself. Really only need last year up to now done urgently, though if you can easily check on the previous years later on to make sure proper amounts were done that would be amazing. I need someone who is willing to walk me through the necesseties to keep things going after this initial setup - including a spread of exactly what taxes need to be paid, when etc. AND how to properly keep the bookkeeping system rolling basically on autopilot. (I do have some Quickbooks, Zoho and other data entry knowledge and am a very fast learner) If we hit it off, we may want to hire you again for quarterly checkups etc!
