Each hire must clear three checkpoints: verified technical certifications, 3-10 years of relevant experience, and an educational background that meets either licensing or internal standards. I will give clear intake briefs for every opening and direct access to hiring managers so you can move fast. Deliverables • Weekly shortlist of 5–8 vetted, U.S.-based candidates per role, including résumés and a qualification matrix • Up-to-date candidate tracker in our ATS (Greenhouse; a CSV export is fine if you prefer your own system) • Confirmation of signed offer and agreed start date Acceptance criteria: first shortlist within 7 calendar days of the intake call, interview-to-offer ratio no worse than 3:1, and an acceptance rate above 80 %.
