I need a recruiter who can run the full hiring cycle for several entry-level openings. From drafting an eye-catching LinkedIn post and proactively sourcing passive talent on that platform, through resume screening, phone interviews, interview scheduling, reference checks and, finally, a seamless day-one onboarding, you will be the single point of contact for candidates and hiring managers alike. LinkedIn will be our primary hunting ground, so you should be confident with its search filters, InMails and pipeline-tracking tools. If you like to supplement the search with Indeed, Glassdoor or other channels, feel free—results matter more than method. Key deliverables: • Shortlist of qualified candidates with screening notes • Coordinated interview calendar and feedback summaries • Offer management, reference checks and acceptance confirmation • A clear, documented onboarding plan handed to HR before the candidate’s start date Success is a timely hire who arrives on day one informed, welcomed and ready to contribute.
