I am starting a company that will offer clients a series of modules around conducting online, external b2b survey-based research. To gain customer validation requires and adequate presentation of the offer. I do not have that yet except in notes, my mind, some diagrams gathered to address opportunities to automate for effectiveness, not simply the slippery efficiency slope.
I need someone to work with to build a large company based upon three premises. 1. Our applications require no documetation. Our applications focus on added and new value. 3. Our quality and methods are fully open and viewable during the use of our applications.
You must speak fluent English for this hire as it is imperative that you can grow into a greater role within the organization. You should ask any questions up front during a thirty minute discussion where I can present what I want and you can respond to see if a fit is there.
It is going to be a very challenging project as you will be asked to:
1. Design hyper-automation processes and checks and balances, first to ensure quality, second, to leverage knowledge claims applied by machine logic.
2. Understand the application of Block Chain in detail as it relates to the segmentation of information into bits and storing it in a chain across the cloud.
3. Be open to the idea that existing UX designs are broken. Be open to implementing a new one that uses the Z-axis of the viewing plain, not the crutch of a scrollbar.
4. Consider that the idea of a technology stack is both dated and outdated. Its not reflective of a learning-based architecture. Stacks be damned!! :) Rather, it is an ever-enlarging loop or circle or continuum, that adds learnings, from each delivery cycle, to enhance and refine its ability to personalize, increase relevance and motivate specific behavior based upon emotional triggers.
I personally have completed over 150 projects with five star reviews as a hiring person. I am serious about this opportunity and need the right person to vision what I envision. No question will be a bad one. All questions are good ones. I commit to not ask them twice.
I'll hope to hear from those who are common sensical but fearless, hunger to learn all the time, just love the excitement of all of this that we feast upon in front of us. But also, someone that has a common cause side. Thank you. Robert
