Network Issues

I recently added a new user to my network via the Active Directory but everytime I tried to login with the new user on my computer I got the following message: We can't sign you in with this credential because your domain isn't available. Make sure your device is connected to your organization's network and try again. I attempted several suggested fixes for that particular error unsuccessfully. One suggestion I read was to set the Interactive logon: Number of previous logons to cache to 0. After applying this change I successfully locked myself out of my computer and cannot log in with any network credentials as it gives me that same error mentioned above. I believe the workstations are relying solely on cached login credentials for some reason. A couple of side notes. 1. I can't log in to any computer with the newly created user's credentials except the server. 2. I can't log in to any other computer except the server with my personal network credentials. 3. On the login screen it shows that I am connected to my local network. 4. Running Server 2012 and Windows 10
