This organisation is on the verge of organisational wide change in their business systems and processes. This has created an opportunity for an experienced Kronos Administrator to commence on an initial contract basis to assist with navigating the change programme. While this is a contract role to begin with, there exists real opportunity to go permanent

The role:

Maintain the integrity and validity of the time & attendance system (Kronos) to ensure minimal disruption to weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls

Modernise time & attendance (Kronos) and payroll systems making it easier for staff to enter payroll information and record working hours

Gather new and confirm existing Business System Requirements in consultation with other team members, IT, external vendors and end users

Develop solutions and make recommendations based on technical systems analysis

Update systems and process documentation

Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing and training workshops for the payroll suite

Ensure payroll systems reports are relevant and accessible to the business

Work to automate manual reporting processes currently in use

Ensure the payroll system is structured in compliance with all relevant standards and legislative requirements

Your Profile:

Significant experience in a similar project role for complex IT Systems Projects including roll-out of new systems, upgrades, processes or technology changes

An in-depth working knowledge of Kronos (Systems Admin Level)

Understanding on payroll services and related legislative provisions

Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and staff across the organisation

Strong analytical skills to identify and address process or system issues / problems

Strong documentation skills
