Despite the mention of "sslv3" in the error message, this typically occurs because your server is using an outdated security protocol (like TLS 1.0 or 1.1) that Amazon S3 no longer supports. The issue isn't a "permission" setting in your S3 bucket, but rather a compatibility gap between your Contabo server's outdated libraries and Amazon's modern security requirements. There can be a code level fix to this and a server level fix, if the code level does not work, then we need to move the sever level fix. 1) In the server level fix, we first need to try upgrading the CA certificates, and check openssl version. 2) If openssl version is lower than 1.0.1, your server is too old to connect to S3 securely. You will need to upgrade your OS or contact Contabo support to update the OpenSSL libraries. 3) The final thing would be to upgrade your php version to like 7.4 or 8.x so that this is resolved automatically. I can try fixing this from my side, but if that does not work, you would most probably need to contact Contabo support or upgrade your php version. Thanks
