We need to install an IVR system with the following capabilities:
1. We should be able to define unlimited IVR options.
2. We should be able to type the text in the management console and it should be spoken out to the customers. We do not want to record the MP3 files and then upload them.
3. We should be able to allow the USER to enter a 4 digit password and then pull up their account info automatically and then we should be able to transfer the call accordingly.
4. We should be able to get the user to enter their area code and then transfer their call to our rep working in that area at that time. This should be checked in by which rep is logged in to work in that area. If the call is not answered or goes to voice mail, we should be able to transfer the same call to another rep working closest to that area and so on.
5. We also need to be able to get extensive reporting, to be able to check the number of calls, agent login hours, talk time etc for the agents working in the call center.
6. We also want to be able to limit the number of calls to one agent and may want more calls to go to another agent. This would be based on their level of skils.
7. We also want to be able to ad the fax to email, Voice mail to email capabilities.
The features mentioned above are the ad-on features that we need along with all the deatures defined in Trixbox Call center edition.

Trixbox CCE was only an example suggested for service providers to have a look at. We want a application/ software which can provide all those features along with the additional features requested by us.
