Mysql Problem on Wordpress website

After i reached 30.000 posts on Wordpress ,mysql is crashing when i make a few [url removed, login to view] example,if i make 10 posts,and publish them at 1 minute interval,on the last one mysql will get stuck and and the server will 'crash'.I am on a dedicated server,quad core 3 Ghz,with 8 Gb Ram . this problems should not happen .I am not using any cache plugin,and i don't want to use.
Mysql (maybe even Apache settings) and Wordpress needs to be seted to avoid these errors .
You must have a good experience with mysql.
I would prefer someone that is good on Linux and has experience working as a system admin.(if you are a good system admin,i could hire you for that too)
