iVoIP has customer support positions available. We utilize a chat system for support questions. You will also be entering orders for several different types of services, including web servers and VOIP phone service accounts. You will be expected to be able to answer customer questions with the information you will have available within documentation. You will also need to be able to decide when a question is beyond your expertise and then forward it to the appropriate person via support tickets. All of your tasks will be done via the internet.
The pay at this time is commission only, as we are a new company. The specific commissions can be discussed during the interview process. You will need to download the chat application and install it if you are hired (small download, easy install). You must possess EXCELLENT English skills!! You must also have excellent customer service skills, and the ability to learn new applications and processes in a short amount of time. You must be comfortable using the web browser of your choice, as some of your duties will be taken care of via web browser.
