Simple WatchOS app to cluster hand motions -- 2

I would like hire a freelancer who is experienced in SWIFT and Apple Watch development. This small project will aim to introduce a WatchOS app that will record the acceleration and gravity data from the Apple Watch and cluster this data in real-time to detect certain arm movements. The app will vibrate and display warning on the screen when the arm attempts to reach head.
