Customize modules, add fields, create reports to deliver a CRM for collections:
1. Import lists of debtors
2. Record activities such as calls, send emails, promises of payments etc
3. Create roles such as : Client [who sends as lists of debtors], Agent Manager, Agent and System Admin.'
4. Create Invoices for clients based on CONTACTABILITY rate, money recovered, and fixed expenses
5. Using above mentioned report but changing some fields, Agent can see how much money recovered.
6. Customize CRM in general, for example add company logo, inboxes to send /receive emails for Agents, eliminate unnecessarily fields from screen.
