I’ll set up a clean parametric house type, keep ICF walls with timber floors/roofs, and run full Eurocode checks with Irish NAs—focusing on no delays, no confusion, and no rework. i would like to know the below. - Which ICF system/brand and wall build‑up should I model (thickness, fck, any manufacturer details)? - Which software versions (Revit + Robot), and do you have wind/snow zone and geotech data for Irish NA loads? I think we should. - Create one locked seed model with strict naming, worksets, shared params, and a Revit↔Robot mapping table to make updates predictable. - Pre-load Robot with Irish NA combos and rebar templates, then freeze results per revision so the calc pack is audit‑proof. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I review your Revit + DWGs, set the template, ICF wall types, timber families, and analytical rules. 2) I model the first unit, link to Robot, define supports/materials/Irish NA loads, and run EN 1990/1991/1992/1995 checks. 3) I detail tie‑downs, bearings, and reinforcement, iterate to pass, and export the calc report. 4) I replicate across plots, run QA, and publish native RVT, locked RSA, and a clean PDF/RVT drawing set.
